Peonies by Josh Chatwin of Lucky Rabbit in Muncie, Indiana. He is currently tattooing at a shop located in Bloomington, Indiana.
These peonies are special to me for several reasons. Peonies symbolize a long, healthy marriage, so I got them for my now husband before we got married, so they’d always be in our wedding pictures. Peonies are also the state flower of Indiana, so they symbolize where I’m from. Finally, both of my grandmas had peonies in their yards when I was growing up, so they also represent my childhood and both of my grandmas.
Our “first look” just before our vintage pin-up style wedding in a beautiful garden in Littleton, Colorado. All of the ladies were rockin’ the red lipstick along with the bride (myself), and the gentlemen had on very classy cream tuxedo vests with rolled up sleeves and matching fedoras.

Our garden wedding in Littleton, Colorado. It’s kind of hard to see in this photo but I was wearing a red silk sash to compliment the red in my tattoo. (One of many) Show off your tattoos, don’t hide them as I always say.
